CREATIVE WRITING RUMPASS~

~This journal is a place for writin' and readin' whatever it is that i have writtin'~

~The point of my CREATIVE WRITING RUMPASS-
i have started to write again... seriously write-- not just lj posts and not just the various musings/stream of conscious bits that i have been doing.. I seriously want to write again.
I am dedicating myself to at least an hour a day of fluff and frolic and at least an hour of substance-y-ish-er-like stuff...~

~When in school (to pass time) we would make up a list of random-ass- hell topics and then we would come up with a style in which to write...and then we would write thru class... afterwards we would swap and enjoy...~

~i cant come up with the topics bc i feel like i might list something bc i already have a story in mind.. so- i need you peoples to come up with some topics... anything at all... go a step further and list how you want it written- prose, creative nonfiction, fairy tale, young adult, mystery, erotica, harlequinn-y smut, haiku, a review, whatever... whatever you say- I HAVE TO DO-- even if it's something i'm not skilled in- like westerns....i caint' guarantee thems gonna be good.. but that isnt the point- the point is that i want to do this.~
~i am using this exercise as a way to broaden my writing styles....~

~i am trying to keep it within my daily goal of AN HOUR A DAY. I think having only an hour (more if i'm particularly jazzed by a subject) will keep my writing focused.. and in the case of a short story- will give me a way to keep the conclusion in sight.~

~My goal is seven writings a week...~
yeah, i said it.
SEVEN.
A WEEK.
I can do that.

well, i'll try.

~and i shall make this disclamer right now...i fully welcome critiscm and opinions HOWEVER-- i dont plan to over-edit these- I am going for CONTENT NOT PERFECTION..... this is practice stuff, this is fun.. if i wanted lessons on that stuff or people constantly correcting my word usage- i'd be at COMMUNITY COLLITCH's CREATIVE WRITING CLASS.... and one day when i'm big and or famous, i'll make my editor do all of that. I write for fun, because I want to.. I am not trying to win any grammar rodeos and really could give twoshits that my punctuation isn't up to snuff.~

~Though i do want feedback and or critiscm, thoughts and or ideas, what i do not want is comments on spelling, or grammar or vocabulary or suggestions on not using *theresa-ism* or made up words. I could easily make someone edit my jive- i know enough people that actually CARE about that stuff- and that it irks them enough- they would happily edit my stuff... so if you are a grammar nazi or a punctuation/vocab feeb- you might want to rethink readin' my writin'... (ftr- i know the basics.. i just am more concerned with getting my ideas down- than worrying if i have dangled a preposition or not)~

~Writing is one of my biggest passions and it's a shame that i don't do it as often as i should... Hopefully this will be the cheese i need....~

~Let the wild rumpASS begin!!!!~
